  • Irretrievable breakdown from marriage
Fault Based Grounds, in which one or more parties considered liable:
  • Incapacitated when entering into the marriage
  • Adultery
  • Imprisonment
  • Substance abuse
  • Insanity for at least five successive years
  • Domestic abuse
